- What is Dibzees?
Dibzees is a new, fun and exciting way to shop online. Experience the thrill of participating in the live auctions while trying to score a real bargain!
We are not your traditional auction site. Dibzees auctions feature only brand new products. Bidding starts at just $0.01 with no reserves. Bids cost only $.60 each so you can win with only a small investment.
With each bid placed, the price will increase by one penny. When the clock reaches below 1 minute, any bid placed will increase the clock by 8-30 seconds. The reason for the time increase is to give other users a chance to bid. An auction ends when no further bids are placed and the clock reaches zero.

- Participation cost
Registration is free on Dibzees, however you must purchase bids to participate in an auction. Bids cost $.60 each and are available in packs of 45, 85, 200, 600 and 1000. If you win an auction, you will be responsible for paying the final auction price and shipping & handling.
- Calculating actual costs
Your "actual cost" to win a product consists of two things: the amount of bids placed and the final auction price. For example, if you place 25 bids on an auction (bids costs $0.60 each), you would have spent $15 worth of bids. If you win the product at a final auction price of $2.00, you will pay the $2.00 plus shipping & handling.

- Strategies on bidding
Everyone wants to know how to create a better strategy to improve their chances of winning on Dibzees. Although there isn't a guaranteed winning strategy but we will offer you a few tips to help get you started.
Place your bid within the last 30 seconds.
By placing a bid in the last few seconds, you know the time will reset and you'll become the last bidder. If someone else bids, time will be added but you will get another chance to bid.
Start with lower priced products.
Although you can get some crazy deals on our high end products, these products also generate the most competitive auctions. Our lower priced products are less competitive and you are more likely to win.
Use the Bid For Me feature.
Bid For Me is a great strategic tool. Some users will be scared off because they know you are using the Bid For Me and your bids will be on the top. Your chances of winning are increased since the other users will see it, giving you a leg up on the competition.
Use your opponents' Bid For Me against them
Some people set the Bid For Me tool and forgets about it. It is easy to win if your competitor has stepped away from the computer with the assumption that their Bid For Me will protect them. Most users tend to set their Bid For Me bids to a round number. Wait for a round number and place a single bid after it, since there is a chance that the Bid For Me has reached its limit.
- Purchasing bids
After completing the registration process, simply select the "Buy Bids" on the top of the screen. We charge no more than $.60/bid and come in Bidpacks of 45, 85, 200, 600 and 1000. Select the Bidpack that's right for you and follow the instructions to finalize your purchase. Dibzees accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Now you are ready to start bidding! Good Luck and Happy Bidding!

- My bid wasn´t registered
Sometimes users report placing a bid that was not recognized by the auction in time to prevent the auction from ending. This is usually caused by Internet lag times or data transfer delays between your PC and our servers.
Lag times most commonly occur when certain parts of the connection are overloaded. This also might occur if you are using a slow Internet connection, or if the connection has been lost.
Here are some tips to avoid unregistered bids:
- While bidding, do not simultaneously download or upload large amounts of data (video, audio, software or other large files) on the Internet. This includes receiving large email attachements.
- Make sure there aren't too many people accessing your Internet connection (i.e. sharing a Wi-Fi network)
- Do not wait until the last second to place a bid. Remember that time will be added to the clock on any bid.
- Activate the Bid For Me feature.

- Confirmation link not working

- Buy Now option

You can use the Buy Now feature to purchase any product at any time during the auction. If you have placed bids on an auction, the bids your have used on the auction will be discounted from the retail price. Buy Now purchases will not count towards any win limits. Because there is no limit to the Buy Now feature, the auction will continue even if a user chooses to Buy Now.
To take advantage of the Buy Now feature, simply click the Buy Now button on the lower right side of the product page. You are not required to bid on an auction in order to Buy Now. If you have bid on an auction, you have 2 hours from the close of the auction to take advantage of the Buy Now feature.
Here's an example of how the Buy Now price is calculated:
Retail Price: $100
Discount: Bids placed (100) x Bid Price ($.60) - $60
Buy Now Price: $ 40
The Buy Now price will change every time you place a bid.
*Free bids and promo bids will not count towards the Buy Now discount.

- Buy Now calculation
How Dibzees determinds your bid value is as followed:
Ex. If you puchased $100 worth of bids at the normal $.60 per bid ($60) and you win 100 bids from bidpack auctions/promos (these bids have $0.00 bid value), your average bid value is $.30 per bid (200 total bids divided by $60 equals $.30 per bid). This means that you every bid you place on a Buy Now auction will be at $.30 bid credit.
